This Summerhouse is constructed using tongue and groove cladding (16mm) throughout and consists of joinery grade doors and windows fully glazed. The dimensions are as follows:
Overall Size 13' deep x 8' wide
Porch area 3' x 8'
6' 2" at the eaves
8' 6" at the apex.

Construction
All panels including the roof and floor are constructed using T & G (16mm). The entire frame is 45mm x 45mm timber. Heavy duty Green Mineral felt is used on the roof. No sheet materials (ie OSB) have been used in the construction of this shed. The summerhouse roof is delivered felted - just needs lifting on and screwing down. The window panes are glass and not plastic and will be fitted prior to delivery. Please note that this is a heavily constructed summerhouse and should provide many years of good service.
Features
To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a timber preservative treatment but we do recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction to prolong the life of your building.
Delivery
Please note that due to the heavy construction of the workshop panels and roof section, a two or three man lift will be required to construct the shed.
