Heavy Duty Timber Workshop 12' x 10'
	This Workshop is constructed using tongue and groove cladding (16mm) throughout and consists of a double door for access. The height of the shed is 6'6" approx at the front and 6' approx at the rear. This model has two windows to the front although these can be altered as required. Construction All panels including the roof and floor are constructed using T & G (16mm). The entire frame is 50mm x 50mm timber. Heavy duty Green Mineral felt is used on the roof. No sheet materials (ie OSB) have been used in the construction of this shed. The workshop is held together by coach bolts (supplied) with pre-drilled holes. The workshop roof is delivered felted - just needs lifting on and screwing down. The window panes are glass and not plastic and will be fitted prior to delivery. Please note that this is a heavily constructed workshop and should provide many years of good service. Features To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a timber preservative treatment but we do recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction to prolong the life of your building. Delivery Please note that due to the heavy construction of the workshop panels and roof section, a two or three man lift will be required to construct the shed.
